Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2 oz silver tequila
  • 1 oz Cointreau
  • 0.75 oz agave syrup
  • 5 cubes fresh pineapple
  • 2 orange slices
  • 3 lime wedges
  • Black sea salt for rimming
  • Pineapple leaves and fresh pineapple for garnish

Instructions

  • Rim the Glass: Run a lime wedge around the rim of a rocks glass, then dip into black sea salt. Fill the glass with fresh ice and set aside.
  • Muddle: In a shaker, muddle fresh pineapple, orange slices, lime wedges, and agave until juicy and well combined.
  • Add Spirits & Shake: Add tequila, Cointreau, and ice to the shaker. Shake vigorously until chilled.
  • Strain: Strain into the prepared glass over fresh ice.
  • Garnish: Garnish with pineapple leaves and a fresh pineapple chunk or wedge.
