Combine the vodka, limoncello, pineapple juice, orange liqueur, and egg white in a cocktail shaker.
Shake the mixture without ice (dry shake) to emulsify the egg white.
Add ice to the shaker, filling it at least three-quarters full, and shake vigorously for at least 30 seconds. (Using a stainless steel cocktail shaker is recommended for this drink.)
Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with a lemon peel and a sprig of thyme.
