Ingredients

• 2 oz Vodka
• 1 oz Limoncello
• 1 oz Pineapple Juice
• 1 oz Orange Liqueur
• 1 Egg White or Egg White Alternative
• Lemon Peel for garnish
• Thyme Sprig for garnish

Instructions

• Combine the vodka, limoncello, pineapple juice, orange liqueur, and egg white in a cocktail shaker.
• Shake the mixture without ice (dry shake) to emulsify the egg white.
• Add ice to the shaker, filling it at least three-quarters full, and shake vigorously for at least 30 seconds. (Using a stainless steel cocktail shaker is recommended for this drink.)
• Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
• Garnish with a lemon peel and a sprig of thyme.
