Ingredients
- 2 ounces Vodka
- 3 ounces Pineapple juice freshly squeezed for the best flavor
- 1 ounce Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1/2 ounce Simple syrup adjust based on your sweetness preference

- 1 Egg white optional, for a frothy texture
Instructions
Mix the Drink:
- Add the vodka, pineapple juice, lemon juice, simple syrup
- Add an egg white to your shaker.
Dry Shake
- Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds without ice to emulsify the egg white (this is called a dry shake).
Add Ice and Wet Shake
- Shake well until the mixture is well chilled and frothy (about 15-20 seconds).
Strain and Serve:
- Strain the mixture into a chilled glass filled with ice.
- The strain should be fine if you want to ensure a smooth texture without any ice chips or pulp.
