- 2 oz coconut vodka
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 1 egg white optional, for frothiness
- Toasted coconut flakes for garnish

- Prep Your Ingredients: Measure out the coconut vodka, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup. If you're using an egg white, separate it from the yolk.
Mix the Cocktail:
- Without Egg White: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the coconut vodka, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Shake well for about 15-20 seconds until chilled.
- With Egg White: Add the coconut vodka, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white to a cocktail shaker without ice. Dry shake (shake without ice) for about 15 seconds to create frothiness. Then add ice and shake again for another 15-20 seconds.
- Strain and Serve: Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe or rocks glass.
- Garnish: Top the drink with toasted coconut flakes and a lemon slice.
