Ingredients

  • 2 oz White Rum
  • 1/2 oz Strawberry Simple Syrup
  • 1 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1 oz Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
  • 4-5 Mint Leaves
  • Prosecco for topping
  • 1 Lime Slice for garnish
  • 1 Mint Sprig for garnish

Instructions

  • Place the mint leaves and strawberry simple syrup in a cocktail shaker.
  • Muddle the mint leaves to release their oils.
  • Add the white rum, lime juice, and pineapple juice to the shaker.
  • Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
  • Fill your cocktail glass with ice and strain the mixture from the shaker into the glass.
  • Top off the glass with Prosecco.
  • Garnish with a lime slice and a mint sprig.
