Pineapple Mango Margarita

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz blanco tequila
  • 2 oz mango juice
  • 3 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 oz Cointreau
  • Salt for rimming
  • Garnish: pineapple wedge, chili pepper or chili slice

Instructions

  • Rim your glass with salt by running a lime wedge around the edge and dipping it in salt. Set aside.
  • Add tequila, mango juice, pineapple juice, and Cointreau to a shaker with ice.
  • Shake well for about 15 seconds until chilled.
  • Strain into the prepared glass over fresh ice.
  • Garnish with a pineapple wedge, chili pepper or chili slice for a little extra flair.

Notes

Pro Tips

  • For a spicy twist, add a pinch of chili powder or a slice of fresh jalapeño to the shaker.
  • Use chilled juice to avoid watering the drink down too quickly.
  • Want it sweeter? Add 0.25 oz of agave syrup or mango purée.
