Ingredients
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- 1.5 oz white rum
- Handful of pink dragonfruit cubed
- soda water to top
- Garnish: pineapple wedge
Instructions
- In a shaker, muddle the dragonfruit cubes with pineapple juice.
- Add white rum and fill the shaker with ice.
- Shake well for 10–15 seconds.
- Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice.
- Top with a soda water and stir gently.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
