  • 5 oz pink Moscato
  • 1 oz grapefruit juice
  • 2 oz sparkling water
  • 1 scoop strawberry sorbet

Garnish:

  • Grapefruit twist
  • Fresh thyme sprig

Instructions

  • Pour the pink Moscato and grapefruit juice into a glass.
  • Stir gently to blend the liquids.
  • Add sparkling water and stir again, just enough to combine.
  • Carefully place a scoop of strawberry sorbet into the glass.
  • Garnish with a twist of grapefruit and a sprig of fresh thyme.
