- 1 oz plum-infused gin
- 1 oz Campari
- 1 oz sweet vermouth
- 0.5 oz plum syrup
- 0.75 oz lemon juice
- 1 egg white
- Sage leaf for garnish
Add the plum-infused gin, Campari, sweet vermouth, plum syrup, lemon juice, and egg white to a cocktail shaker.
Dry shake (without ice) vigorously to emulsify the egg white.
Add a couple of ice cubes to the shaker and shake again until well-chilled.
Double strain the mixture into a glass.
Garnish with a sage leaf and serve immediately.
