Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz vanilla vodka
  • 1 oz passion fruit puree or 1 fresh passion fruit
  • ½ oz passion fruit liqueur such as Passoã
  • ½ oz vanilla syrup or 1/2 vanilla pod and 50 ml granulated sugar
  • ½ oz lime juice
  • 2 oz of Prosecco or Champagne optional
  • A half passion fruit to garnish

Instructions

  • First, prepare your chilled coupe glass by placing it in the freezer for a few minutes.
  • In a cocktail shaker, combine the vanilla vodka, passion fruit puree, passion fruit liqueur, and vanilla syrup.
  • Add ice and shake vigorously until chilled.
  • Strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass or martini glass.
  • Add a splash of Prosecco or Champagne (optional).
  • Garnish with half a passion fruit and serve.
