Equipment

Ingredients

Espresso Martini Side:

Pumpkin Pie Slush Side:

  • 16 oz pumpkin spice liqueur
  • 12 oz RumChata Pumpkin Spice
  • 2 oz pumpkin purée
  • 3 oz vanilla simple syrup
  • 15 oz water

Instructions

  • Add the cold brew, vodka, Kahlúa, and simple syrup to one side of the Ninja SLUSHi™.
  • In a separate pitcher, whisk together the pumpkin spice liqueur, RumChata Pumpkin Spice, pumpkin purée, vanilla simple syrup, and water until the pumpkin purée is completely smooth.
  • Pour the pumpkin mixture into the second side of the Ninja SLUSHi™.
  • Select the Dual Slushi Assist setting and allow both sides to freeze into a smooth, creamy slush.
  • The machine will beep to let you know when the slushies have reached the proper consistency.
  • If you'd like your slushies to be more frozen, select the large snowflake button. For a less frozen consistency, select the small snowflake button.
  • Once both slushies are ready, place a glass underneath the machine and turn the wheel on the side of the drip tray.
  • Slowly pull down both levers at the same time while turning the wheel, allowing the pumpkin pie slush and espresso martini slush to swirl together in the glass.
  • Top with a little whipped cream, three espresso beans, and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice for the full pumpkin-espresso experience.

Notes

Pro Tips

  • Start with cold ingredients. Refrigerating the cold brew and other ingredients before using them gives the machine less work to do.
  • Whisk the pumpkin mixture thoroughly. Smooth pumpkin purée is important for an even texture throughout the slush.
  • Measure carefully. Changing the alcohol, water, or syrup amounts can affect freezing.
