Ingredients

  • 75 oz Salted Caramel Vodka we used Stoli
  • 1.25 oz Orchata Rumchata Liqueur
  • 1 oz Pumpkin Cream Liqueur we used Fulton's Harvest
  • .75 Pumpkin Pie Puree
  • 1 oz Cinnamon Simple Syrup
  • caramel sauce for rimming
  • dark brown sugar for rimming
  • cinnamon powder for garnish
  • whipped cream for garnish

Recipe for Pumpkin Pie Puree

  • 1 can of pumpkin puree
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon to taste
  • Mix all ingredients together until well combined. Store in the refrigerator for a week

Recipe for Cinnamon Simple Syrup

  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 4-6 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
  • Add all ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a light boil. Turn down the heat and let simmer for 10 minutes. Let cool and strain the syrup. Store in the fridge for 1-2 weeks.

Instructions

  • Add the caramel vodka, rumchata, pumpkin cream liqueur, pumpkin pie puree, and cinnamon simple syrup to a shaker. Add ice to the shaker and shake for about 10-15 seconds.
  • Rim your glass in caramel and coat in brown sugar. Strain the cocktail into your glass.
  • Add whipped cream to the edge of the glass and sprinkle cinnamon powder on top
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your Pumpkin Pie Martini!

Notes

Pro Tips

  • Prepare the puree and syrup in advance for quicker cocktail assembly.
  • For a lighter version, reduce the puree slightly and add a splash of milk or cream.
  • Chill the glass before rimming to help the caramel set more evenly.
