Ingredients

  • 3 oz Half and half
  • 1.5 oz Sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 oz Pumpkin puree
  • Crushed graham cracker crumbs for rimming
  • Extra sweetened condensed milk for rimming
  • Pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

  • Dip the rim of your glass into a small amount of extra sweetened condensed milk, then dip it into the crushed graham cracker crumbs to coat the rim evenly.
  • In a cocktail shaker, combine the half and half, sweetened condensed milk, pumpkin puree, and a pinch of pumpkin pie spice. Stir the ingredients to mix them well.
  • Add ice to the cocktail shaker, close the lid, and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds. This will mix the drink and create a frothy texture.
  • Strain the mocktail into the prepared glass, ensuring the frothy top adds a creamy finish.
