Ingredients

1.5 oz Empress Gin
0.5 oz Chambord
0.25 oz raspberry purée
0.25 oz lychee juice
0.5 oz simple syrup
2 oz Prosecco

Instructions

In a shaker, combine Empress Gin, Chambord, raspberry purée, lychee juice, and simple syrup with ice.
Shake vigorously for 20 seconds.
Fill a highball glass with crushed ice.
Strain the mixture into the glass.
Top with Prosecco and serve.

Use freshly made raspberry purée for the best color and flavor.
