- 1 oz 360 Double Chocolate Vodka
- 1 oz DaVinci Red Velvet Syrup
- 1 oz Bailey’s Irish Cream
- 1.5 oz brewed espresso
- White chocolate for rimming
- Three espresso beans for garnish
- Mini red velvet cupcake for garnish (optional)
Melt white chocolate and lightly coat the rim of a chilled martini glass. Let it set.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, then add the chocolate vodka, red velvet syrup, Bailey’s, and espresso.
Shake vigorously until well chilled and frothy.
Strain into the prepared martini glass.
Garnish with three espresso beans and mini red velvet cupcake for a classic touch.
