Blue Layer:
- 3 oz berry blue jello mix
- 8 oz boiling water
- 4 oz cold water
- 4 oz blue raspberry vodka
White Layer:
- 1/2 oz unflavored gelatin powder (1 envelope)
- 4 oz cold water
- 4 oz boiling water
- 2 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 4 oz vodka
Red Layer:
- 3 oz cherry jello mix
- 8 oz boiling water
- 4 oz cold water
- 4 oz cherry vodka
Blue Layer:
In a mixing bowl, dissolve the berry blue jello mix in the boiling water.
Stir in the cold water and blue raspberry vodka.
Pour the mixture evenly into shot glasses, filling them about one-third full.
Refrigerate until the jello is set.
White Layer:
In a mixing bowl, sprinkle the unflavored gelatin over the cold water and let it sit to bloom.
Add the boiling water and stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
Stir in the sweetened condensed milk and vodka until well combined.
Let the mixture cool to room temperature, then carefully pour it over the set blue layer, filling the shot glasses another third full.
Refrigerate until the white layer is set.
Red Layer:
In a mixing bowl, dissolve the cherry jello mix in the boiling water.
Stir in the cold water and cherry vodka.
Once the white layer is set, carefully pour the red jello mixture over it, filling the shot glasses to the top.
Refrigerate until the red layer is set.
Serving:
