Try the Salty Dog, a grapefruit-gin cocktail with a salty rim that will quench your thirst. It's great for warm days or a fancy night out.

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Ounce Gin or Vodka
  • 3 Ounces Freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
  • Coarse salt for the rim
  • 1 Grapefruit slice as garnish

Instructions

  • Wet the rim of your glass, then dip it into the salt
  • Add ice to the glass, then the vodka, and finally the grapefruit juice
  • Don’t shake, but gently stir
  • Add the grapefruit slice as garnish and serve to your guests
