Ingredients
- 1.5 oz blanco tequila
- 0.5 oz butterfly pea flower–infused vodka
- 0.25 oz triple sec
- 0.25 oz peach brandy
- 1.5 oz orange juice
- 1 oz cranberry juice
- 0.25 oz lime juice
- 1 dash peach bitters
- Garnish: half orange wheel
Instructions
- In a shaker filled with ice, combine tequila, triple sec, peach brandy, orange juice, lime juice, and peach bitters.
- Shake well until the mixture is chilled.
- Strain into a double old fashioned glass filled with fresh ice.
- Slowly pour the cranberry juice against the inside of the glass to allow it to settle at the bottom.
- Gently float the butterfly pea flower–infused vodka over a bar spoon just above the ice to create a layered effect.
- Garnish with a half orange wheel.
