  • ½ passion fruit pulp
  • 2 oz blanco tequila
  • 0.5 oz blue curaçao
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • Garnish: passion fruit slice and mint sprig

Instructions

  • Add the passion fruit pulp, tequila, blue curaçao, lime juice, and pineapple juice to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  • Shake well for about 15 seconds, until chilled.
  • Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice.
  • Garnish with a slice of passion fruit and a mint sprig.

Notes

Pro Tips

  • If you want a smoother drink, strain out the seeds from the passion fruit before shaking.
  • Chill your glass ahead of time for an extra cool sip.
  • For a fun touch, rim the glass with salt or sugar.
