- 1 oz chocolate truffle & hazelnut espresso bean-infused vanilla vodka
- 1 oz Bailey’s S’mores liqueur
- 0.25 oz chocolate liqueur
- 0.25 oz coffee liqueur
- 0.75 oz Torani toasted marshmallow syrup
- 1 oz freshly brewed espresso
- Chocolate syrup for rimming
- Graham cracker crumbs for rimming
- Toasted marshmallow for garnish
Pour chocolate syrup onto a small plate and dip the rim of a martini glass into it.
Coat the rim with crushed graham cracker crumbs for a s’mores-inspired touch.
In a shaker, combine the infused vodka, Bailey’s S’mores liqueur, chocolate liqueur, coffee liqueur, toasted marshmallow syrup, and freshly brewed espresso.
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds.
Strain the mixture into the prepared martini glass.
Skewer a marshmallow and lightly toast it with a kitchen torch.
Place it on the rim of the glass or let it float on top.
