Ingredients

  • 1 oz cold brew coffee
  • 1 oz Baileys S'mores Irish Cream Liqueur
  • 1 oz chocolate hazelnut coffee bean infused vanilla vodka
  • .75 oz toasted marshmallow syrup
  • .25 oz Kapali coffee liqueur
  • .25 oz dark creme de cocoa
  • Chocolate sauce for rimming
  • Crushed graham cracker for rimming
  • Toasted marshmallow for garnish

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a shaker, add ice, and vigorously shake for 20 seconds to ensure the espresso martini has a good layer of foam.
  • Rim the coupe glass with chocolate sauce and crushed graham cracker. Strain the cocktail into the glass.
  • Garnish with a toasted marshmallow on a maple leaf cocktail pick
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your S'mores Espresso Martini
