  • 1 oz chocolate truffle & hazelnut espresso bean-infused vanilla vodka
  • 1 oz Bailey’s S’mores liqueur
  • 0.25 oz chocolate liqueur
  • 0.25 oz coffee liqueur
  • 0.75 oz Torani toasted marshmallow syrup
  • 1 oz freshly brewed espresso
  • Chocolate syrup for rimming
  • Graham cracker crumbs for rimming
  • Toasted marshmallow for garnish

Instructions

  • Pour chocolate syrup onto a small plate and dip the rim of a martini glass into it.
  • Coat the rim with crushed graham cracker crumbs for a s’mores-inspired touch.
  • In a shaker, combine the infused vodka, Bailey’s S’mores liqueur, chocolate liqueur, coffee liqueur, toasted marshmallow syrup, and freshly brewed espresso.
  • Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds.
  • Strain the mixture into the prepared martini glass.
  • Skewer a marshmallow and lightly toast it with a kitchen torch.
  • Place it on the rim of the glass or let it float on top.
