Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1.25 oz. Mad River Distillers Straight Bourbon
  • 1 oz. Carpano Antica
  • .75 oz. Pomegranite Juice
  • .5 oz. Simple Syrup
  • Grapefruit Peel for garnish

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a shaker
  • Add ice to the shaker, and shake for about 10 seconds
  • Add a large ice cube to a rocks glass
  • Strain contents over a large ice cube
  • Express a grapefruit peel over the glass and add as a garnish.
