- 2 oz tequila blanco
- 3 oz jackfruit-lime puree 3 jackfruit: 1 oz lime juice
- 0.5 oz light agave syrup
- Tajín for rimming
Rim a rocks glass with Tajín and set aside.
In a shaker add tequila, jackfruit-lime puree, and agave.
Fill with ice and shake well until chilled.
Strain into the prepared glass over fresh ice.
