- 1 oz tequila
- 1 oz lime juice
- 0.5 oz jalapeño simple syrup

Rim a rocks glass with Tajín by brushing the rim with agave syrup, then dipping it into a plate of the seasoning.
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add pickle juice, tequila, lime juice, and jalapeño syrup.
Shake thoroughly for about 20 seconds until chilled.
Strain into the prepared glass over fresh ice.
Top with sparkling water and gently stir.
