Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz tequila blanco
  • 1.5 oz pineapple juice
  • 0.5 oz chile liqueur
  • 0.5 oz lime juice
  • Sparkling water to top
  • Chamoy for rimming
  • Tajín for rimming

Instructions

  • Rub chamoy around the rim of your glass, then dip it in Tajín to coat. Add ice to the glass.
  • In a shaker, pour in the tequila, pineapple juice, chile liqueur, and lime juice.
  • Shake well until the mix is cold.
  • Strain into your rimmed glass.
  • Top it off with sparkling water and enjoy.
  • Garnish with pineapple wedge and enjoy.

Notes

Pro Tips

  • For the best flavor, use fresh lime juice.
  • Adjust the spice level by adding more or less chile liqueur, or switch to jalapeño-infused tequila.
  • Want extra fizz? Use Topo Chico or another mineral-rich sparkling water.
