Spicy Pineapple Ranch Water

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Tequila blanco
  • 0.75 oz Chile liqueur
  • 0.5 oz lime juice
  • 0.5 oz Agave
  • 4-5 pineapple chunks or 1.5 oz pineapple juice
  • Topo Chico Lime to top
  • Chamoy for rimming optional
  • Tajin for rimming optional

Instructions

  • Add the pineapple (if using fresh fruit) and agave to a shaker tin. Muddle until you release all the juice from the pineapple. If you are just using pineapple juice, put it in the shaker tin.
  • Add the tequila, lime juice, and chile liqueur.
  • Add ice and shake until well chilled
  • If rimming your glass, dip it in chamoy then tajin and fill with fresh ice
  • Double strain your cocktail over the fresh ice.
  • Top with Topo Chico Lime sparkling water.
  • Garnish with a lime wheel and serve immediately.

Notes

Pro Tips

  • For the best flavor, use fresh lime juice.
  • Adjust the spice level by adding more or less chile liqueur, or switch to jalapeño-infused tequila.
  • Want extra fizz? Use Topo Chico or another mineral-rich sparkling water.
