Spicy Pineapple Ranch Water

- 1.5 oz tequila blanco
- 1.5 oz pineapple juice
- 0.5 oz chile liqueur
- 0.5 oz lime juice
- Sparkling water to top
- Chamoy for rimming
- Tajín for rimming
Rub chamoy around the rim of your glass, then dip it in Tajín to coat. Add ice to the glass.
In a shaker, pour in the tequila, pineapple juice, chile liqueur, and lime juice.
Shake well until the mix is cold.
Strain into your rimmed glass.
Top it off with sparkling water and enjoy.
Garnish with pineapple wedge and enjoy.
