Add the pineapple (if using fresh fruit) and agave to a shaker tin. Muddle until you release all the juice from the pineapple. If you are just using pineapple juice, put it in the shaker tin.
Add the tequila, lime juice, and chile liqueur.
Add ice and shake until well chilled
If rimming your glass, dip it in chamoy then tajin and fill with fresh ice
Double strain your cocktail over the fresh ice.
Top with Topo Chico Lime sparkling water.
Garnish with a lime wheel and serve immediately.

Pro Tips
For the best flavor, use fresh lime juice.
Adjust the spice level by adding more or less chile liqueur, or switch to jalapeño-infused tequila.
Want extra fizz? Use Topo Chico or another mineral-rich sparkling water.
