Pour the crushed graham crackers onto a small plate.
Wet the rim of your martini glass with a little bit of water or strawberry liqueur, then dip it into the crushed graham crackers to coat the rim. Set aside.
Blend the Strawberries:
If you prefer a smoother texture, blend the 1/2 cup of strawberries in a blender until smooth. If you like bits of fruit in your drink, you can skip this step and just muddle the strawberries directly in the shaker.
Mix It Up:
In a cocktail shaker, combine the cream cheese, vanilla vodka, strawberry liqueur, half and half, and ice cubes. If you blended your strawberries, add the puree now. If not, add the whole or sliced strawberries.
Shake well until the mixture is smooth and the cream cheese is fully incorporated.
Strain and Serve:
Strain the mixture into your prepared martini glass. The graham cracker rim adds that cheesecake crust flavor and texture that’s utterly irresistible.
Garnish with a strawberry on the rim or float a small slice on top.

For an extra creamy martini, add a bit more cream cheese.
If you’re serving this at a party, you can prep the glasses ahead of time with the graham cracker rims.
Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less strawberry liqueur according to your taste.
