- 3 fresh strawberries
- 1.25 oz coconut cream
- 1 oz white rum
- 1 oz bourbon
- 0.5 oz lime juice
- 0.5 oz simple syrup
- 6 drops orange flower water
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Garnish: Grated nutmeg strawberry slice, lime wheel
Muddle the strawberries in a shaker.
Add the coconut cream, rum, bourbon, lime juice, simple syrup, orange flower water, and bitters.
Fill the shaker with ice and shake quickly to chill and combine.
Strain into a glass filled with crushed ice.
Grate fresh nutmeg over the top.
Garnish with a strawberry slice and lime wheel.
