Ingredients

  • 1 bottle Sauvignon Blanc
  • 12 oz soda water
  • 2 oz St. Germain
  • 2 oz simple syrup
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 1 cups strawberries sliced (divided)
  • 1 cup mint leaves divided
  • 1 lemon thinly sliced

Instructions

  • In a large pitcher, combine the wine, simple syrup, St. Germain, and lemon juice.
  • Add half of the strawberries and half of the mint. Muddle gently to release flavor.
  • Add the remaining strawberries, mint leaves, and lemon slices.
  • Stir everything well and chill for at least 30 minutes.
  • Just before serving, top with soda water and stir gently.
  • Serve over ice in glasses and scoop in some fruit from the pitcher.

Notes

Pro Tips

  • The longer it chills, the more flavor the fruit and mint release—just don’t add the soda water too early.
  • For extra chill without watering it down, freeze some strawberry slices and use them as ice.
  • Sauvignon Blanc works great for its crispness, but Pinot Grigio or dry rosé can work too.
