Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz vodka
  • 1.0 oz sugar snap pea syrup
  • 0.5 oz lime juice
  • 0.25 oz Lillet Blanc
  • Garnish: lime wheel and sugar snap pea pod

Instructions

  • Pour the vodka, sugar snap pea syrup, lime juice, and Lillet Blanc into a shaker tin filled with ice.
  • Shake well until the mixture is thoroughly chilled, about 15 seconds.
  • Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  • Add a lime wheel and a sugar snap pea pod on top.

Notes

Pro Tips

  • To make the sugar snap pea syrup: simmer equal parts sugar and water with chopped snap peas for 10 minutes, then strain and cool.
  • Use fresh lime juice for better flavor.
  • This drink works great as a spring or early summer sipper.
