- 2 oz mezcal
- 1.5 oz tamarind nectar
- 1.25 oz lime juice
- 1.25 oz chile liqueur
- Tajín for rimming
- Lime wheel for garnish
Pour Tajín onto a small plate. Moisten the rim of a rocks glass with lime juice, then press it into the Tajín to coat the edge.
Fill the glass with ice and set aside.
In a shaker, combine mezcal, tamarind nectar, lime juice, and chile liqueur.
Add ice and shake thoroughly for about 15 seconds.
Strain into the prepared glass.
Garnish with a lime wheel.
