Ingredients

  • 3 oz tangerine juice
  • 0.5 oz lime juice
  • 1 oz white rum
  • 1 oz gold rum
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • Garnish: tangerine slice and cherry

Instructions

  • Add the tangerine juice, lime juice, white rum, gold rum, and orange bitters to a shaker filled with ice.
  • Shake for about 10 seconds until well chilled.
  • Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
  • Garnish with a tangerine slice and a cherry.

Notes

Pro Tips

  • If fresh tangerine juice isn’t available, bottled juice works just look for one with no added sugar.
  • Gold rum brings a warmer, deeper note, but you can use all white rum for a lighter version.
  • Want to batch it? Multiply everything by 4 and build it in a pitcher over ice.
