Ingredients

  • 1 oz jalapeño-infused tequila
  • 1.5 oz blue curaçao
  • 0.5 oz coconut water
  • 0.5 oz ginger liqueur
  • 0.5 oz almond syrup
  • 0.5 oz lime juice
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • Lime wheel and pineapple fronds for garnish

Instructions

  • In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the jalapeño-infused tequila, blue curaçao, coconut water, ginger liqueur, almond syrup, lime juice, and pineapple juice.
  • Shake vigorously until well-chilled and blended.
  • Strain the mixture into a tall glass filled with ice.
  • Garnish with a lime wheel and pineapple fronds for a tropical presentation.
