- 2 oz vodka
- 1 oz lime juice
- 1 oz Tom Yum–infused simple syrup
- 1 kaffir lime leaf
- 1 dime-sized slice of galangal
- Crushed chili-roasted peanuts for rimming
- Garnish: Chili pepper and lime wheel
Rim the edge of your glass with lime juice, then dip into crushed chili-roasted peanuts. Set aside.
In a shaker, gently muddle the galangal and kaffir lime leaf to release their flavor.
Add vodka, lime juice, and Tom Yum–infused syrup to the shaker. Fill with ice and shake for about 15 seconds.
Double strain into your prepared glass over fresh ice.
Add a chili pepper and lime wheel for garnish.
