- 2 oz white rum
- 0.75 oz Baileys Irish Cream
- 0.75 oz Frangelico
- 0.75 oz Coffee liqueur
- 0.5 oz half and half
- 0.5 oz simple syrup
- 1 egg
- Garnish: grated Toblerone or other chocolate
Add all ingredients (including the egg) to a shaker without ice. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds to create a rich foam.
Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well chilled.
Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Top with a generous sprinkle of grated Toblerone or chocolate shavings.
