Ingredients

  • 2 oz white rum
  • 0.75 oz Baileys Irish Cream
  • 0.75 oz Frangelico
  • 0.75 oz Coffee liqueur
  • 0.5 oz half and half
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
  • 1 egg
  • Garnish: grated Toblerone or other chocolate

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients (including the egg) to a shaker without ice. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds to create a rich foam.
  • Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well chilled.
  • Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  • Top with a generous sprinkle of grated Toblerone or chocolate shavings.

  • Chill your glass in advance to keep the drink perfectly cool and creamy.
  • For extra decadence, drizzle chocolate syrup inside the glass before pouring.
