Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz tequila
  • 0.5 oz Aperol
  • 1.5 oz pineapple coconut juice
  • 0.5 oz lime juice
  • 0.5 oz agave syrup
  • Salt and dried flowers for rimming
  • Pineapple frond lime slice, and edible flower, for garnish

Instructions

  • Mix salt and dried flowers on a small plate.
  • Lightly coat the rim of your glass with agave syrup using a brush or the back of a spoon, then dip the rim into the salt mixture to coat.
  • In a shaker filled with ice, combine tequila, Aperol, pineapple coconut juice, lime juice, and agave syrup.
  • Shake well until chilled.
  • Add fresh ice to the prepared glass, then strain the drink over it.
  • Garnish with a pineapple frond, edible flower, and lime slice.

Notes

Pro Tips

  • For a cleaner presentation, use fine sea salt and lightly crushed dried flowers for the rim.
  • Pineapple coconut juice blends can be found pre-mixed, or you can combine equal parts of each juice if preferred.
  • Use a high-quality silver or blanco tequila to keep the drink crisp and balanced.
