Ingredients
- 1 oz blue curaçao
- 1 oz passion fruit rum
- 4 oz pineapple juice
- Simple syrup for rimming
- Granulated sugar for rimming
Instructions
- Rim your glass by dipping the edge in simple syrup, then rolling it in sugar.
- Fill the rimmed glass about three-quarters full with ice.
- In a shaker, combine passion fruit rum and pineapple juice. Add ice and shake well.
- Strain the mixture into the prepared glass.
- Slowly pour the blue curaçao over the back of a bar spoon to float it on top.
- Serve immediately.
