Ingredients

Mango Layer:

  • ½ cup frozen mango
  • 1.5 oz coconut water
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 0.25 oz honey
  • ½ cup ice

Raspberry Layer:

  • ½ cup frozen raspberries
  • 1.5 oz coconut water
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 0.25 oz honey
  • ½ cup ice

Garnish:

  • Lime wedge

Instructions

Blend the Mango Layer:

  • Add frozen mango, coconut water, lime juice, honey, and ice to a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour the mango mixture into the bottom half of a glass.

Blend the Raspberry Layer:

  • Rinse out the blender. Add raspberries, coconut water, lime juice, honey, and ice. Blend until smooth.

Finish the Drink:

  • Slowly pour the raspberry layer on top of the mango layer. Use the back of a spoon if you want to keep the layers more distinct.

Garnish:

  • Add a lime wedge and serve immediately.

Notes

Pro Tips
  • Use a spoon when pouring the top layer to help it float rather than mix.
  • Freeze your glasses beforehand for extra chill.
  • Adjust the honey to taste depending on the ripeness of your fruit.
