Enjoy a refreshing Watermelon Limoncello Prosecco cocktail today.
Ingredients
- 2 oz watermelon puree about 1/4 cup of diced watermelon blended and strained
- 1 oz limoncello 1/4 cup
- 3 oz Prosecco chilled
- Mint leaves for garnish
- Watermelon slice for garnish
- Lemon slice for garnish
Instructions
- In a chilled glass, add 2 oz of watermelon puree.
- Pour in 1 oz of limoncello.
- Top off the glass with 3 oz of chilled Prosecco.
- Stir gently to combine the ingredients.
- Garnish with mint leaves, a slice of watermelon, and a slice of lemon.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
