Instructions

  • In a glass filled with ice, combine lychee juice, watermelon purée, vodka, triple sec, and lime juice. Stir well.
  • Add sparkling water to fill the glass and stir gently to combine.
  • Add fresh mint leaves, a few lychees, and watermelon cubes for a vibrant, fruity finish.
