  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1 oz white chocolate liqueur
  • 1 oz heavy cream
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup optional, to adjust sweetness
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • Garnish: matcha powder

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk the matcha powder with a splash of hot water until smooth and fully dissolved.
  • In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the dissolved matcha, vodka, white chocolate liqueur, heavy cream, and simple syrup (if using). Shake vigorously until well chilled and frothy.
  • Strain into a chilled martini or coupe glass.
  • Lightly dust the top with matcha powder for a bold and beautiful finish.
