Ingredients
- 1.5 oz vodka
- 1 oz lime juice
- ½ oz simple syrup
- 1 oz white peach nectar
- Sparkling water to top
- Mint leaves for muddling and garnish
Instructions
- In a shaker, muddle 4–5 fresh mint leaves with the lime juice and simple syrup.
- Add vodka, white peach nectar, and a handful of ice. Shake well.
- Strain into a glass filled with ice.
- Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
- Garnish with a few mint leaves and a lime wheel or peach slice.

Pro Tips
- Use fresh mint for the best flavor older leaves can taste bitter.
- If you can’t find white peach nectar, regular peach nectar or purée works too.
- Adjust the simple syrup to taste depending on how sweet your nectar is.
