Kentucky Owl

Kentucky Owl® was founded by Charles Mortimer Dedman in 1879, on the banks of the Kentucky River, operating until prohibition became law in 1916. At this point, the government seized some 250,00 gallons of Kentucky Owl®, taking it away for safekeeping. In 2014, the brand relaunched one of its original concepts as an homage to the way barrel strength bourbons were produced before Prohibition. Today, this storied brand continues to honor its legacy and proudly produces some of the finest bourbon and rye whiskeys Kentucky has to offer.
