Aperol, gin, and sweet vermouth in a lighter Negroni.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Gin
  • 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
  • 1 oz Aperol
  • Orange Peel for garnish

Instructions

  • Fill your cocktail shaker or mixing glass with ice.
  • Add 1 oz gin, 1 oz sweet vermouth, and 1 oz Aperol to the shaker or glass.
  • Stir the ingredients together until well combined.
  • Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with ice.
  • Use a vegetable peeler or knife to remove a strip of orange peel.
  • Express the oils from the orange peel over the drink and use it as a garnish.
