Ingredients

  • 1 ounce Aperol
  • 2 ounces spiced apple cider
  • 2 ounces Champagne
  • Splash of soda water
  • Garnish: sliced apples cinnamon sticks, and thyme leaf
  • Cinnamon sugar for rimming the glass

Instructions

  • Rub the rim of the glass with a slice of lemon and dip it into the cinnamon sugar mixture. Set the glass aside until ready to use.
  • Fill the stemless wine glass with ice until it is almost full.
  • Pour the spiced apple cider, Aperol, and Champagne into the glass.
  • Add a splash of soda water to fill the glass to the top.
  • Gently stir the mixture to combine all the ingredients.
  • Garnish with a slice of apple, a cinnamon stick, and a thyme leaf.
