Apple Cider Aperol Spritz

- 1 ounce Aperol
- 2 ounces spiced apple cider
- 2 ounces Champagne
- Splash of soda water
- Garnish: sliced apples cinnamon sticks, and thyme leaf
- Cinnamon sugar for rimming the glass
Rub the rim of the glass with a slice of lemon and dip it into the cinnamon sugar mixture. Set the glass aside until ready to use.
Fill the stemless wine glass with ice until it is almost full.
Pour the spiced apple cider, Aperol, and Champagne into the glass.
Add a splash of soda water to fill the glass to the top.
Gently stir the mixture to combine all the ingredients.
Garnish with a slice of apple, a cinnamon stick, and a thyme leaf.
