Dry sherry and vermouth with dashes of bitters.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz dry sherry
  • 1 1/2 oz dry vermouth
  • 2 dashes orange bitters

Instructions

  • Fill a mixing glass with ice.
  • Add the dry sherry, dry vermouth, and orange bitters.
  • Stir well until chilled, about 30 seconds.
  • Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  • Garnish with a lemon twist or an orange peel, if desired.
  • Sip, savor, and enjoy!
