Ingredients

  • oz apple whiskey
  • 1 oz aperitif wine
  • ½ oz Suze
  • ½ oz apple cinnamon syrup
  • Lemon twist for garnish
  • Apple fan for garnish, optional

Instructions

  • Add the apple whiskey, aperitif wine, Suze, and apple cinnamon syrup to a mixing glass.
  • Fill the mixing glass 3/4 full with ice. Stir until very cold, about 30 times.
  • Strain: Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with ice, or over one large ice cube.
  • Garnish with an expressed lemon twist. For an extra touch, add an apple fan.
  • Enjoy your Bitter Apple Negroni!
