Ingredients

  • 1 bottle dark red wine
  • 2 oz brandy
  • 2 oz simple syrup
  • 3 black plums sliced
  • 1 cup black grapes
  • 8 oz organic blackberries
  • 8 oz sparkling water

Instructions

  • In a large pitcher, combine the dark red wine, brandy, and simple syrup. Add the sliced black plums, black grapes, and organic blackberries to the mixture.
  • Stir the ingredients together with a large spoon until well combined.
  • Place the pitcher in the refrigerator and let the sangria sit for 1 to 2 hours. The longer it sits, the darker the plums will become, allowing the flavors to meld beautifully.
  • When ready to serve, give the sangria a gentle stir, and pour it into glasses over ice if desired. Keep the sangria in the fridge until ready to enjoy.
  • For a fizzy twist, top each glass with a splash of sparkling water before serving.
