Ingredients

  • 2 oz Tequila
  • 1 oz Orange Liqueur Cointreau or Triple Sec
  • 1 oz Lime Juice
  • 8-10 Fresh Blackberries
  • 1 oz Coconut Cream
  • 1 Lime Wedge
  • 1 Tablespoon Granulated Sugar

Instructions

  • Add 5-6 blackberries and freshly squeezed lime juice to a cocktail shaker. Muddle the blackberries until they are fully mashed.
  • Add tequila, orange liqueur, coconut cream, and ice to the shaker.
  • Shake vigorously for at least 20 seconds to mix and chill the ingredients.
  • Rub the rim of your cocktail glass with a lime wedge, then dip the rim into granulated sugar to coat.
  • Fill the cocktail glass with ice.
  • Strain the mixture from the shaker into the prepared glass.
  • Garnish with the remaining blackberries.
